A strategic plan lays out the direction, values and aspirations for an organisation, often along with the steps for how to get there. A strategic plan is especially helpful when you have a change of Board or Executive, need to pivot to respond to changes in the funding or regulatory landscape, or want to get your team all on the same page.
I can assist with all stages of strategic planning, from running planning sessions with your organisation, to conducting research, to writing plans that you can use externally to support investment or inhouse to set direction, expectations and team buy in.

Do you need to know what your staff, audience or community are thinking in order to support a business decision or help set a direction? I am skilled in qualitative and quantitative engagement research, from designing and implementing surveys to interviewing key stakeholders to facilitating planning sessions and workshops.
I can help you with engagement as a standalone service or in conjunction with other services such as planning. I will analyse and summarise the results, and use your stakeholder insights to make evidence-based recommendations for your organisation.

A business case builds evidence to support your business decisions. It can weigh the hard and soft benefits against the costs of a particular project, or to evaluate several to find the best solution for you.
My business cases contain recommendations based on a range of data, including interviews with subject matter experts, community or staff engagement, industry benchmarking, financial modelling, the current and future external funding landscape, and a comprehensive risk audit.

I am skilled at researching and translating complex information into easy-to-digest snapshots to help you and your team understand an issue, support your advocacy work, or aid decision making.
