1. Let’s Chat

We will have a chat (in person if you’re close by, or via Zoom or phone if you’re not) so I can find out what you’re looking for, your timeline and budget. I’ll make some suggestions about how we can best work together and if you’re happy, we’ll move onto the next step.

2. Quote + agreement

I will send you a fully itemised quote based on what you’ve told me you need, and working to your budget. Once you’re happy with the quote, I will send you a contract for signature, an invoice for the deposit, and we’re ready to get started!

3. Collaboration

We’ll stay in touch throughout the process, so you always know where your project is up to. I’m a huge fan and evangelist for digital project management tools, so I will create and share with you a project plan with all our agreed tasks, timelines and milestones

4. The Process

Depending on your needs, the work will be divided into stages, which might include any or all of:               

• research such as a literature review, market research, or assessing your existing plans and other documents

• engagement including interviews, surveys or a facilitated planning session with your stakeholders

• analysis + thinking time where I analyse the findings from the research and engagement, establish patterns, and identify solutions

• writing the document which includes includes a draft version for your feedback and a final version.

I will deliver the work in Word and/or PDF form that you can edit and update as needed. I work with several great graphic designers that I can coordinate with if you need professional design services.
